Primark To Expand Click + Collect To All Stores In Great Britain

Click + Collect to be rolled out to all stores in England, Scotland and Wales following 57 store trial.

  • Expanded product offering to include women’s, men’s and kids’ clothing and accessories, alongside a selection of home and lifestyle items

  • As part of a phased roll out, the next wave of stores to launch the service begins later this year

Primark is to expand its Click + Collect service to all stores in Great Britain by the end of 2025, following a successful 18-month trial. The retailer will begin to roll out Click + Collect across all 184 stores in England, Scotland and Wales later this year.

Alongside the nationwide expansion, Primark will also add new categories and products available to buy via Click + Collect, with men’s and selected home and lifestyle products and ranges to join the newly extended service.

The changes will be phased, with new products including home and lifestyle going live now, with men’s to follow. In line with the trial, the product offering will be curated to showcase the best of Primark, with more than 3,000 options made available to buy through Click + Collect.

The first new stores to offer Click + Collect will launch towards the end of the year, with more details on the locations to be announced nearer the time.

After launching in November 2022 in 25 stores in the North West of England, North Wales and Yorkshire, the service expanded to more stores in and around London in Autumn 2023. Click + Collect is currently offered in 57 Primark stores in Great Britain, primarily offering a selection of women and kids clothing and accessories.

Paul Marchant, Chief Executive at Primark, said: “Primark will always be committed to offering the very best value and that’s made possible because of our simple and cost-efficient business model centred around our stores. Our trial of Click + Collect over the last 18 months has been about understanding how we can offer our customers greater convenience to shop with us wherever they are, but in a way that complements our business and our stores. We’re now confident that we’ve found a model that can do both and support us with our plans to grow the business. The feedback from our customers has been positive as they really value the convenience our service offers and we’re also seeing it’s reaching new customers too. I am excited to see this expand and give more people more reasons to choose Primark and discover the great value and ranges we have in store.”

While customers wait for the next stores to be revealed, all customers can browse the full range of Primark products on the Primark website and use the stock checker to see whether the style and size is in stock before heading into store. Customers can keep up with the latest Primark news, including where Click + Collect will be arriving next, by signing up here: https://www.primark.com/en-gb/click-and-collect.

How it works: Customers can browse online at Primark.co.uk, add Click + Collect items to their basket, choose their preferred collection day and then collect from a dedicated collection point at their nominated Click + Collect store.

The news comes as Primark marks 50 years on the Great British High Street, and invests over £100 million in its UK stores this year.
