Penneys proud to pledge €280,000 to LGBTQIA+ charities and Pride events across Europe and the US

Built for Pride, styled for every day: Penneys launches its 2026 Pride collection with prices starting from €2

This week, Penneys launches its 2026 Pride collection across its stores, alongside a €280,000 commitment to LGBTQIA+ charities and Pride events across Europe and the US. Now in its ninth year of supporting Pride initiatives, Primark has to date donated €1.75 million to LGBTQIA+ charities and community organisations worldwide.

Launching across select stores this week, Penneys’ 2026 Pride collection celebrates self-expression in all its forms, with easy-to-wear pieces designed to help people show up as themselves. The collection is designed to be versatile and wearable and includes womenswear, menswear and accessories with prices starting from just €2.

Beyond the collection, Penneys continues its year-round commitment to inclusion through its colleague networks, partnerships with local charities, educational activations, and ongoing support for local Pride events across its markets.

In Ireland, Penneys is donating €75,000 to Belong To - LGBTQ+ Youth Ireland, a national organisation empowering young people through youth work, education, changing attitudes and research. The donation will help to fund the LGBTQ+ Quality Mark, a programme that helps to promote wellbeing and inclusion of LGBTQ+ young people in secondary schools and Youthreach centres across Ireland.

Charlie Magadah Williams, Head of Inclusion & Community Impact at Primark, commented: “Inclusion at Primark isn’t a slogan or a tick-box exercise - it’s part of who we are. This is an all-year, everyday commitment in our stores, our communities, at marches, and through partnerships with the charities and organisations that matter to us most. We know that Pride means something different to everyone, and that’s exactly why this collection was designed to feel versatile and personal, so that those wearing it can feel confident and completely themselves. As a member of the community, I’m so proud to say that Primark’s support goes beyond this range too, with a continued focus on our colleagues and the communities around us. From local Pride events, to year-round partnerships, we’re continuing to create spaces where everyone feels welcome, seen and celebrated.”

Kieran O’Donovan, CEO of Belong To – LGBTQ+ Youth Ireland, added: "Pride is a celebration of community, and Primark has become a vital part of ours. We are so proud to continue this journey together, standing side-by-side to champion Ireland's LGBTQ+ youth. This partnership goes far beyond a donation - it’s a shared commitment to making inclusion a reality in every classroom through our LGBTQ+ Quality Mark initiative. A huge thank you to the entire Primark team for their passion and for proving that when we stand together, we create a world where every young person can grow up with pride. It’s a reminder of what’s possible when corporate values and community needs align perfectly.”
