Our commitment to accessibility

You might have already know about our adaptive clothing range, but have you heard about some of the other things we're doing to make Primark more accessible?

In January 2024 we published our commitments to make our products, stores, and culture more accessible, along with even more representation of diverse talent through our campaigns and imagery. This year, we added a 5th commitment – accessible communities – because we recognise that the work doesn’t stop at our doors.

Accessibility is not just a commitment; it is a journey we are taking together to create a more inclusive experience for our customers, colleagues, and the communities around us.
